As part of the Digital Services Act in the EU, Apple is now required to Display contact information for people or entities that are considered Traders. Even if you don't plan to distribute your apps in Europe, you must answer this question in your Apple Developer Account before you are allowed to submit new apps to the App Store.
You should answer Yes to this question if your apps are directly related to your business or profession. For instance, you are a DJ and your app contains information about your DJ Services or mixes, you should answer Yes. If you have a Radio Station and you planning to generate revenue from the station, you should answer Yes.
If your apps are just a hobby, you can answer No. For instance, you are a Blogger and you have no intention of trying to make money off of your app, you can answer No. If you are a Podcasters and again, you have no intention of trying to make money from your app, you can answer No.
