If you would like a deeper level of statistics, Google Analytics can provide you with more information such as who is using your app Real-Time and which pages inside of your app are getting the most traffic. In order to add Google Analytics to your app, you need to setup a Property in your Analytics account. Then, download the configuration (JSON and PLIST) files that they provide to you and give them to us so we can add them to your app. That process will require an app update so you will need to submit a Change Request so we can update your app.

Here are the steps to setup your Google Analytics:
- Go to Google Analytics and login to your Google account: https://analytics.google.com/analytics
- If you already have a Google Analytics account, skip to Step 8. If not, you should click Start measuring to get started.
- Enter your Account Name and click Next
- Enter a Property Name and click Next. This is not visible to your user and it can be changed later so you can enter whatever you want
- Select your Industry category and Business size. Click Next
- Select the objective(s) for your analytics that are most important to you. You can select more than one. Click Create
- Review the Terms of Service Agreement. Accept the terms if you agree and click I Accept
- Click Android app (if you have an Android app). If not, skip to Step 16
- Enter your Package name. You can find that in your Google Developer Account. Usually, the format will be com.bvmobileapps.. For instance, com.bvmobileapps.bvtesting
- Enter your App Name
- Review the Firebase Terms of Service. Select the checkbox if you agree and Register app
- After your Google Cloud project has been created, click Next
- Click Next to download the google-services.json file. This is the file that you will need to provide to us so save it in a place where it's easy to access.
- Click Next on the Add Firebase SDK step. This is what we will do for you
- Click Skip this step when you get to the last step. Your app won't have communicated with Google's servers yet because we won't have updated your app yet.
- Now, you can setup your iOS app (if you have an iPhone app). Click iOS
- Enter your iOS bundle ID. You can find that in your Apple Developer Account on the App Information page. Usually, the format will be com.bvmobileapps.. For instance, com.bvmobileapps.bvtesting
- Enter your App Name
- Enter the App Store ID for your app. This can also be found on your App Information page below your Bundle ID
- Click Register App
- Click Download GoogleServices-Info.plist and save this file in a safe place. This is the file that you will need to provide to us for your iPhone app.
- Click Next for the remaining sections. Don't worry about those instructions because that's what we'll handle for you.
- Click Skip this step when you get to the last step. Your app won't have communicated with Google's servers yet because we won't have updated your app yet.
- If a pop-up appears, click the (X) to close it and Click Next to continue
- Click Continue to Home to exit the Setup
- Now, you need to submit a Change Request to send us the google-services.json and GoogleServices-Info.plist files that you downloaded earlier
